Need help please pi 3 i need this /dev/serial0 -> ttyS0 change to /dev/serial0 -> ttyAMA0 for my hotspot think this need to edit to make it change /dev/serial0 -> ttyAMA0

Are you saying /dev/ttyAMA0 doesn't exist or are you asking why /dev/serial0 points to /dev/ttyS0?
/dev/ttyAMA0 missing in my pi os need it for my sas818 hat.

That's odd. Try running raspi-config and look at Interface Options -> Serial Port. Make sure login on serial is disabled and hardware is enabled. You'll have to reboot after changes.
Have done this but nothing change.
