Lost RPi Node Passwords

Set up an Allstar node on a Raspberry Pi some time ago, but have forgotten the login password, both under the user name (repeater) and the root password (dumb I know!). Is there anyway to either find or reset either the user or root passwords? Since the node works so well, hate to start from scratch again.
Thanks, Curt

Curt,

That subject was just answered a while back either on this group or the
Hamvoip group don’t recall.

If someone doesn’t jump on here with an example. I have a copy of it
Archived on another PC that is offline at the moment.

Rather than you doing a reinstall I can forward it to you if you send me
your direct email address. (larry@n7fm.com)

Curt,

Found the message from David McGough that had the example I saved elsewhere.

That should help you out.
