The FT-2500M, according to the manual pages 46-47, requires significant internal mods to provide flat ‘9600’ audio that would be needed for ASL, since the radio does not have a Mini-DIN jack providing a COS output. Personally I would go with a nicer radio (such as an FT-8800 which are easy to find on ebay for <= ~$300, and already have a Mini-DIN-6 jack, and are modern dual-band radios supporting cross-band full-duplex), but if you’re on a budget the 2500M should work fine once modified as described in the manual. Any AllScan URI with a Mini-DIN-6 jack would then work great, see AllScan Products - AllStar Nodes, USB Interfaces, Kits, Modules, MiniPCs, Ham Radio Accessories

i have here an Yeasu

FT1500 with the rear data port as they are called,i dont know if it would worked??

Yes looks like the FT-1500M has a Mini-DIN-6 jack and thus should work nicely with ASL.

what would be the good interface ,there are so many and the cable?

I would recommend an AllScan URI125, which includes all needed cables and ferrites, 100% plug & play. 73, NR9V
