Where did the setup script go?

A few years ago I spun up Pi 3. When I initially logged in, a script ran and asked me what radio and audio interface I was using, etc. I worked perfectly the first time. I was up and running on Allstar. I just made a new Pi + ASL3. No such script any more. Does it still exist? I want to use it.

ASL3 does not exec a script at login. This is mentioned in ASL Manual : Important Considerations / Menu Changes.

To configure an ASL node, you will want to get started by using the sudo asl-menu command to bring up the ASL Menu.

The complete Pi + ASL3 installation flow is detailed @ ASL Manual : ASL3 Appliance Installation.

I think this is what you are looking for. https://hamvoip.org

HamVOIP is not a setup script. It's a legacy Asterisk that supports app_rpt. Modernized ASL3 preserves Linux semantics as much as possible so the tons of "How do I.... in Linux" directions just work for everyone. The setup is document as Allan provided the link.
