This is not an ASL issue. Wherever you're running this from has a non-standard package library configured for PHP. So you configured Linux on that system to replace the stock PHP with the Sury.org repo. That's fine, but not supported or recommended because that usually means someone tried to get the bleeding edge PHP or a very old PHP.

You'd need to reconfigure the sury.org repository for that node with proper keys.

Yeah, this one is a bit different because it is also a DVSwitch & Analog Bridge.
