Unsolicited registry authenticate request

I found this entry in /var/log/asterisk/messages this morning:

[Nov 25 05:14:25] WARNING[409] chan_iax2.c: Received unsolicited registry authenticate request from ‘162.248.92.131’

The IP address resolves:
$ host 162.248.92.131
131.92.248.162.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer v-162-248-92-131.unman-vds.premium-chicago.nfoservers.com.

Is this any cause for concern, please?

It is from the ASL servers, so, it’s not a hack.
Perhaps just an error on the server side ?

The security for IAX on the system is very very good unless you open a hole in that somewhere,
SIP is not near as secure if you have opened that up. You need to beef security up for SIP.
(voip telephones/softphones etc)

If you fail to stay registered, then you have an issue. I would have no concern.
