Understanding Node List URLs

Hi Folks,

What is the difference in the dataset behind the following 2 URLs:

http://allmondb.allstarlink.org

… and …

http://stats.allstarlink.org

The second seems to be a subset of the first.

Is the first “All Nodes” and the second “Active Nodes” ?

Sorry if it’s a dumb question.

Best,
Gerry.

The first list is for Allmon2 and Supermon users. It’s used to populate the Node Information as shown this Allmon screen capture. It does contain all nodes.

The second URL is a Node List of nodes reporting their status to the stats server.

And for your information, here is another Nodes List https://www.allstarlink.org/nodelist/. This one contains all nodes and has more information. It has various filters to help you find what you’re looking for. It also has links to the Stats server and the Web Transceiver. The green background shows currently registered (on line) nodes in real time.

Cheers Tim, that confirms what I thought.

Best,
Gerry
