Unable to log in to web page

Hi.

My friend has registered an account with his call sign and password. However when he tries to log in to allstarlink.org he gets the message ‘Invalid username or password’.

We have used the ‘forgot password’ option twice over the last two weeks and he has received the email with his correct call sign. We reset the password but are still unable to log in.

Can anyone suggest what we are doing wrong and how we could get more help with this?

Are you trying to login to allstarlink.org? or www.allstarlink.org? If the former, please try/use the latter.

When your friend first registered their account I believe that they should have received an automated verification e-mail. Did they respond to that e-mail message?

If the above doesn't help then open a ticket on helpdesk.allstarlink.org.
