Unable to get node number

Hi. I filled out the form to get a node number several weeks ago and even wrote the help desk, but no joy.

According to the system you never made a request nor do I see an email in the helpdesk with your callsign in it. I made a request on your behalf and the system auto-created the first node as expected. Please see your Portal account.
