Unable to get account confirmation on all star link

Hi There
I signed up for a account never got the confirmation email have tried to contact helpdesk with no success and have tried to re register but won’t let me as it says the callsign is already in use has anyone got a solution for this?

Please check you email filter settings that they allow @allstarlink.org Also we are unable to confirm your call sign VK3FUZZ Please add your information to QRZ.COM or send a copy of your license to helpdesk@allstarlink.org You should have received an email informing you of that as well when the account was placed on hold pending call sign validation. I do see helpdesk ticker number 5907 however I will suggest again you check your email filter settings.
