Unable to connect using tAllmon3

I have a remote node that I can’t connect to or make connections from. I’m trying to connect to the remote node using a node at my house. Regardless of direction, I receive a message, “Node xxxxx connection failed.” Using my node at home, I can connect to other nodes and receive incoming calls, so my home node and internet connection are good. Something must be wrong with the remote node. I have compared the configuration of the remote node and the local node and they are identical. The remote router has port 4569 forwarded to the node. The remote router is a SonicWall, my local router is an Xfinity cable modem, and the third router is a Mikrotik. I’ve also confirmed the port numbers on the router, Raspberry Pi, and Allstar configuration are the same.

We are out of troubleshooting ideas. My IT guy wants to verify that the inbound and outbound packets have the correct address/port/node number mapping. Also, what port(s) are being used to communicate the connection instructions between Allmon3 and the nodes? We would like to set up packet monitors on the ports and see what is happening there.

Thanks in advance for the technical knowledge.

In the node that does not take incoming calls, look at the Allstar CLI and see what error pops up.
