Unable to connect from node to node or from iaxrpt to node

I am having an issue when i try to call the node from either another node, or iaxrpt. i get the following warning.

WARNING[15823]: app_rpt.c:5866 rpt_master: RPT thread on is hung for 32 seconds. its been 2 days of troubleshooting please help
