Do you have any USB radio interface connected to your Pi or PC?
No, I started with a clean image, built a single node config and then added the second node.
Sorry, I guess I forgot to answer this before. I have tried starting both with the USB FOBs (one and both) plugged in and not plugged in. No difference.
