Trying to connect to node 2195, strange behavior

Setup Information

Node 62499
Asterisk : 22.5.2+asl3-3.6.3-1.deb12
ASL [app_rpt] : 3.6.3

Node 63668
Asterisk : 22.5.2+asl3-3.6.3-1.deb13
ASL [app_rpt] : 3.6.3

Inquiry

Trying to connect to node 2195 from 63668. It didn’t connect.

Tried from 62499, it connected.

Having this issue with different node numbers (and in reverse as well), such as 516229.

It is also haphazard, in that sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t.
Sometimes it connects, but won’t reconnect on the same two nodes.

Any ideas?

It looks like node 63668 had its last successful registration on 12/03. I would check that nodes configuration.
