i don't think an issue with a camera (video) library is a problem for an ASL3 device, do you?
This is a known issue with Rapsberry Pi OS's packages on Debian 13 Trixie. See Updates failing due to dependencies after upgrade to Debian 13 (trixie) - #6 by Chuck. Just remove the libcamera-ipa library with sudo apt remove libcamera-ipa and then run your update.
