I'm looking for the setting that controls the transmit audio buffer prior to PTT. What I'm experiencing is that I am sometimes missing the first syllable or so because the radios haven't had time to "come up to speed" before the audio is being delivered. I need to adjust (increase) the delay between when PTT is issued and when transmit audio is sent to the radio.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
Hello Thor,
What type of radio system is this, repeater, simplex, link, hub? This could have to with other hardware issues. I don’t think most users have this same problem but again I'm not sure of you circumstances. More info could be useful. Radio/Repeater system, allstar interface, and network connection type. Just for starters.
