Only option is to use VPN/SIP?

It's not gone. We've been having stability problems with the upstream donated SIP trunks that service relies upon. I restarted it, and it's back online.
Would like to look at adding an Australian Phone number if there is not one available. Anyone know who to talk to to add a stable connection into the network?
