Now another question:
allmon3 monitoring dashboard., privet node connection failed between thepublic node 56984 to private node 1952
the private node 1952 will connect to 1999 then 1999 will connect to your main node 56984.
Private nodes connect to each other then to the main node.
The connection has nothing to do with almon3 per-say.
Make sure you have a path for the connections in rpt.conf
[nodes]
1952 = radio@155.135.2.16:4569/1952,NONE
And a route in extensions.conf
[radio-secure]
exten => 1952,1,rpt,1952
When will my second new node be registered?
Node 63126
I went onto my potal and checked both nodes ad it says not registered
How come?
56984 and 63126
Im trying to have a backup node
You should split your node in the NNX format rather than requesting a new node. Absent a compelling reason, you should “split” it.
Go to Portal → Node Settings → Continue… then
The registrations showed when I connected each of nodes tying setup my pi5 with the settings and is is on 63126 and pi4 is 56984
Thanks the suggestion
What are max number of characters allowed in ASL3 for passwords?
Which password are you referring to?
Supermon7.4 and Allscan. Can’t login to supermon7.4. Even when I selected from asl-menu is selection. They don’t work. 18-19 letters
So I select the new number below 63126 and extend to My original 56984
So I select 63126 extended to 56984?
Do I have to make another ve6mld-max server for the second node?
Neither Supermon or AllScan are supported on ASL3 by the ASL Team. The supported application is Allmon 3. I believe the AllScan developer frequents the forum so you’d probably get help if you posted a separate thread with “Allscan” in the title. You’re going to find it hard to find help if you keep changing topics in the middle of a thread. No one looking at “Sudo s - not found” is going to read that for an AllScan question.
