On an RC-210 controller I have connected a 2 meter BCR repeater, ASL node and 220 link radio. I have noticed when one particular fellow is using the ASL node (2 meters), he also causes the 220 MHz link radio to transmit. The audio and very raspy with static. Your thoughts?

Spurious emission ?
parasitic rx in your control wires ?
Just my top of mind thoughts.
Since it is with this one particular person that causes the problem, I thought this would exonerate any fault related to my equipment. Other conversions are normal with no interference.
