Sorry to report, the choppy audio continues

Restarting ASL did not correct it but restarting the VM did. Not exactly sure how "thorough" a restart of asterisk is however.

You appear to be the only person having this issue now. What version of asl3-asterisk do you have installed?

As per the linked thread, I installed the development build as per your suggestion (on the date I posted I had done so).

I do notice there continues to be a memory leak. Attached is a screenshot of CPU and memory usage right before I rebooted:

CPU usage is typically around 2% to 5 % and memory usage is easily under 300 megs

This is how memory and CPU usage looks when audio is fine:

And is that being consumed by the asterisk process? Just looking at the overall system graph isn't informative enough for troubleshooting.

My bad, I grabbed the wrong Summary before the reboot. When it fails again, I will be more careful and grab the VM's screenshot

OK, this time, the VM just locked up (crashed). Attached is correct screenshot of VM summary
