Does anyone out there know how to persuade app_rpt to send a DTMF digit to a channel driver? I cannot seem to find how it can translate user codes (*6-9) into a driver action.

look in your RPT.CONF file under your Functions header. that is where you set them. anything that has a ; in front is not used.
