Hey Guys,
I was wondering if there was a way to set hysteresis for the rx squelch setting while tuning the audio levels for usbradio. We've found that when adjusting the carrier squelch level there isn't one value that both passes accaptable signals and blocks noise without serious chopping.
Also, does the software implement any kind of an audio delay with the COR detection to eliminate squelch tails on the receive side? If so, is the delay adjustable?
Thanks a lot,
Jamison

Jamison,
I noticed both of these issues as well, the discriminator squelch code
could be much better.
Issues noted in Mantis (http://mantis.qrvc.com). Anyone can sign up for
a mantis account. This is where bugs should be reported and features
requested so that they are not lost in the mailing list threads.
