Repeated Errors Showing Up

I consistently get errors that I don’t know what they mean. We are still using ACID and cannot switch just yet to DIAL. Any hints?

When I run –V it just returns Asterisk so I can’t give you the version number.

Those appear to be jitter buffer errors indicating a large amount of delay. Do you have any traffic shaping setup on your router? If so, it could be causing issues. I would assume that your router is giving low priority to the IAX traffic, or that you have an unstable internet connection.

` The -V flag is for “verbosity” and not “version”. If you want
your version number, take a look around line number 22 in the
file:

  /usr/src/astsrc/asterisk/apps/app_rpt.c

  and you should see something like:

`

* version 0.320 10/02/2013
