I made a radio less wireless node. I have it set up as duplex =1. I would like to remove the ID. What setting should I use to accomplish this?
I would say in /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf under your node settings where it says idrecording = put at # sign or ; in front of idrecording = ,and restart asterisk. If it doesn’t ID when asterisk restarts you’ve accomplished your mission. By the way, with that being a radioless node, If it were mine, I’d set the duplex to 3. Makes your node full duplex, with a radioless node, you can get away with that. Comes in real handy in my pea brained opinion also.
