I’ve been getting reports that nodes are reporting that they are not registered - “iax2 show registry” either report Unregistered, or request sent, or timeout. I did some checking myself and I am seeing this on both HamVoIP and ASL installations - it might be associated with individual instances of the registration servers as the client cycles around them. Nodes go in and out of the Registered state
By and large I don’t think it’s affecting connectivity, users report they can still connect and operate normally.
I’ll try to gather some data later today and follow up.

As you can see, my server is having registration issues too. I’ve notified the ASL admins.
Edit: The AllStar database is showing my nodes are registering every minute. So this appears to be a cosmetic issue at the node only.
Thanks for the formatting tip Tim … and apologies for the “eye-sore” post … LOL.
I do see the same, that the node “Last seen” time is current. OK so I need to educate people not to pay attention to what the Asterisk CLI is saying ? That’s unfortunate since folks often turn to the CLI for testing.
Any idea why there’s a mismatch between what the database records and what the CLI reports ?
I’m also having registration issues. It IS affecting connectivity. My Austin server for our 900 MHz network was rebooted and nodes are not reconnecting.

Sorry to continue to be a bother - but is there no way to fix this ? Up until maybe a week ago the “iax2 show registry” was a reliable way of testing at the client that setup was correct and ready to go. Clearly something broke in the last several days ?
