Raspberry Pi echolink

I just installed a raspberry pi and would like echolink on it. When I run a working echolink.conf file from ACID I get

-- Received OK from Echolink server servers.echolink.org
[Dec 20 22:10:00] ERROR[275]: chan_echolink.c:2393 do_el_directory: Error in parsing header on servers.echolink.org

and the system never show up in the echolink directory.

Any ideas?

Nothing specific to RPi but thanks for stating that.
Your description states your testing/problem in acid?

Guessing, I think you only need to specify other servers in your echolink.conf file.
(perhaps you have)
i.e.
server1=naeast.echolink.org
server2=nasouth.echolink.org
; server3= servers from the list, closest is best

Just figured it out, the password I had in the file was mistyped. So it would appear that is the message you get with a failed login.
