We have a Quantar that has been using an RTCM for it's interface for All-star but set up in general purpose mode. I have finally got around to picking up some GPS modules at Hamvention this year and finally decided to get into voted receive. Put the repeater on the service monitor today and followed the Quantar Wiki page for interfacing with an RTCM step by step and the issue I have is I cannot key the repeater. Yes, double checked all the correct settings in the RTCM but it feels like something is missing in the wildcard table in the RSS. It will PTT audio from the network, but cannot key it up nor do I hear the relay in the repeater click. I have another Quantar at home i'm going to experiment with but the only thing I know is my SCM firmware is at R20.14.38 instead of 48 like the Wiki says. I'm hoping that isn't going to be a problem. Any ideas?
Thanks, I never saw he also had a section on the Quantar. The Wiki page is explained alot differently.
