Quantar/Quantro issue with Allstar 3

I have an odd issue with my setup.

Repeater is a VHF Quantro station (350W)
Using a pi5, the repeater builder RIM-LITE, and a Northcomm Tech interface cable (50 pin telco only)

Issue that I’m having is whenever the station reboots, it goes into TX and sounds like it’s broadcasting raw audio from the pi. I hit tge RX with a handheld and it immediately drops and acts normal. Behavior is fine after that. Once it reboots, it will do the same thing.

Thoughts, suggestions, comments?

Which direction is your COS, CTCSS, and PTT logic?

I try and always use non-invert, and I add a weak pull down resistor for the moment when things might float on startup.

If you’re using a Quantar, can you forward me your code plug?

MSF-5000 and Spectra here.

It’s not your code plug causing this issue, at least it doesn’t seem likely to me.

What’s your wiring logic set to with regards to my question earlier?
