I’m having an issue with my new Shari node. its the Pi5 with the fan. Had them build it. About once a day if im connected to a node the unit will trip up and stay in transmit. I have Supermon and Allscan, Time and weather announce, Skywarnplus installed on it. But it had been doing it with a stock ASL3 image. The problem persists until Asterisk is restarted. The longest it has transmitted was 7 hours while I was at work! Wondering if any one else has had this issue.
First of all, welcome. I would recommend setting a timeout timer in the ASL software. That, along with a PL/DPL on the input, falls under best operating practices for linked systems such as AllStar. A 3 minute timeout timer is the most common.
Unless the SHARI website hasn’t been updated recently, I don’t see where the Pi5 is an option. It makes no mention of them anywhere. My SHARI Pi3U has no issues with ASL3.
Sorry its a Pi4. Fat fingered that. And where abouts can i find the ToT setting? Im new to this so want to learn all that I can!
