AllStarLink IAX node registration is for public ASL nodes. Nodes with numbers below 2000 or that begin with 0 or 1 are considered private nodes and should not register. Also EchoLink node numbers beginning with 3 should not register.
Please take a look at your /etc/asterisk/iax.conf and edit to remove or comment (as shown below with a semi-colon) any register line below 2000. Also any node number that starts with 0 or 1 or 3 should be removed or commented.

After you make any changes to iax.conf you must *CLI>iax2 reload or restart your node.
