User cannot connect to either of these nodes. The router accommodating the port forwarding is from Cox & is an Arris TG1682G. Port forwarding is in place as follows 4569 => 52027 & 4568 => 52215. Please check registration; may need to be forced

I see both nodes are registered with the correct port at the same IP. Assuming these are separate servers behind the same router, that’s good!
Bring up the Asterisk CLI with asterisk -rvvv
and watch a connection attempt from an external node. What do you see?
