My Shari PiHat-4U is working now, except for the decoding of the “A” DTMF button on my Yaesu FT-5D portable transceiver. The transmitted audio worked when testing it in the 55553 Parrot hub. What are some popular and active AllStarLink hubs and nodes?

Re: DTMF
First thing to check is at the SimpleUSB tune menu, try de-emphasis on and off (and never “boost on”) then look in the Asterisk CLI to see of DTMF improved.
Next I would experiment with the RX Volume setting in the 818 programmer. I believe the newer recommended setting is 6 versus the full 8. You could also try pre-deemphasis on/off there as well

I did get the “A” DTMF key to decode using the Shari PiHat-4U and the HamVOIP software. The solution was to do the configuration in SA818-prog: Volume value: 6, PreEmphasis: No, High Pass: No, Low Pass: No. Then all tones 0 - 9, *, #, A, B, C, D decoded, with item 11, the CLI testing.
