Can anyone tell me the problem when I get this notice when I try to connect to my private node 1999 using USRP2M17:

Notice[575]: chan_iax,2.c:4790 __auto_congest: Auto-congesting call due to slow response
It seems it is not connecting and likely due to an error in config, but you never know.
What version of software are you using ?
It would be more telling to see the console output before the autoconjest,
as it is the result of what is going wrong. Not the cause.
Would I be assuming correctly that the 1999 node is using the USRP channel driver ?
I would start to look there for address issues with usrp.
Is the usrp driver enabled in modules.conf ?
load => chan_usrp.so
Look at your logs for errors.
