Not able to bring up Supermon web app on my browser

Hello. I had a ShariPi Node built and configured for me by Kits4Hams. ASL3 image was installed. I am also using my iPhone as my hotspot. This was configured already before they sent it to me (hotspot name and password) so I am able to dial up node *355557 to check audio level and parrot test. Although, I am having trouble using my web browser to bring up the supermon app. The browser just hangs and won’t connect. I do have a ethernet to microusb cable on the way so I can hardwire to my computer’s connection. But is there anything else I should check or try? I have tried accessing the supermon web app via my cell phone (which is the hotspot) and connected my laptop to my cellphone hotspot and both won’t bring it up. Any ideas ? Thanks!

The ASL3 Pi Appliance image includes ASL3, the Web Admin Portal ("Cockpit"), and the "Allmon3" web application. It does not include "Supermon". I don't know if Kits4Hams bundles anything else in their images.

Can you get to the appliance landing page @ https://yourNodeName.local ?

Still doesn’t seem to be connecting.. I suspect that because I am using my iPhone as the hotspot maybe that could be the issue ?

I figured it out.. Had to scan my LAN to figure out the Pi’s IP address. Was able to login. Thanks for your help
