Node Not Reporting Stats

I have a node 620591 that is indicating it is not reporting stats or is offline. I tried the diagnostics and I can ping the allmon server. The node is running on a Pi3+. Any help?

Dave, you didn't say if it was reporting and suddenly stopped or never worked at all.
Allmon has nothing to do with any of that.
Take a look in your rpt.conf file
