Node information display

Hello to all. I would like to know in what file resides the information pertaining to the node frequency, CTCSS, etc.

I have noticed some nodes on the stats page display bridging information on the frequency field, I would like to update my node to reflect that.

Also, is there a way to input this information for the private nodes as well?

Private nodes cannot report their status to the stats server.

The frequency field is freeform. You may put any information in there. Frequency and tome are on the Radio/Interface tap of the Node Configuration page.

There is no file. The info is from what is entered into your node configuration when you are logged into the allstarlink.org website.

Yes, Steve is right. I wasn’t clear about that info being on the web site allstarlink.org. Or you can change it on the future allstarlink site at https://web-tpa.allstarlink.org/portal/nodes.php

It uses the same login and data.

Tim,

I wonder if it might be possible for you to add a field to the

user node information.

That would be a weblink to that nodes/servers ALLMON page.

I think it would be a asset to the group. Perhaps I am off on

that though.

Mike,

Take a look at this https://web-tpa.allstarlink.org/nodelist/. Click on the node number and it will take you to the Allstar stats site. Is that what you were thinking about?

···

Tim WD6AWP

I have seen that, but no, that’s not what I was referring to and
by the way, the revision is top notch in my book so don’t get me
wrong, no matter how good it is someone (like me) will always ask
for more… LOL

What I was speaking to was one additional field that might show

in that list as you showed the link to, that was nothing more than
a place for a HTML link that could be used for ALLMON or a website
system info, rules/guidlines etc. User defined.

I know it seems out of reach since there is only so much room for

all the data that is showing now but would be a nice resource if
it can be done.

Making it more of the one-stop for all things ASL.

Thanks Tim,
