When running your allstar node what commands are mostly used? What is a good and easy iphone app to control your node?
Welcome to the stuff that causes you to loose your hair prematurely !
1st, ther is no tiphone app that I am aware of.
To control your node, there are at least these methods.
DTMF control via radio input.
DTMF control via sip or iax phone.
Command line from the local console.
Command line from a remote console.
Running a webserver on your server and a program within it like ALLMON or SUPERMON.
(PHP web interface)
I will note that if you are already familure with command line control AND SSH,
there is a fairly good SSH program available in the apple app store called ‘Terminus’
If this all sounds a bit forign, I suguest you start with DTMF radio control and local console to learn the gerneral stuff and/or set-up allmon.
