No one can connectto my node

Hello group.

I had this all working and then requested another node number ( it was 64787 and now it is 647870). I have opened the ports correctly and double checked the correct local IP . in fact this node even has Echolink added and people can connect to it with no trouble. I also checked sudo grep 647870 /var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes and it shows 647870=radio@73.79.32.5:4569/647870,73.79.32.5 which looks correct. can anyone please advise?

Did you fix 64787 -> 647870 everywhere in /etc/asterisk?

Yes I have been all over all the files and everything seems to be ok.

and I believe you meant 64787 ->647870 :slightly_smiling_face:

OK it is fixed...I think I had to go into the System Diagnostics Menu and run 8 Check the update node list service and 9 Restart the update node list service... Not sure why? :upside_down_face:
