new user here, kinda out of my comfort zone here…followed the instructions here : Beginners Guide - AllStarLink Wiki
all went well, surprisingly, however, I cannot see my node as being active…I can ping allstarlink.org from the diagnostic menu, but the IAX2 registry shows rejected…should note this is on a raspberry pi 3B+
Check the file iax.conf and see if a line like this ;register => xxxxx:yyyyyy@register.allstarlink.org
has your node number on it and your password. If it does check the semicolon at the beginning of the line ; if you see a semicolon delete it and save the file. The file can be found in the directory /etc/asterisk.
If there was a semicolon just wait a bit and it should register. Might help to reboot the Pi?
