New and Improved astdb.php

There is a new astdb.php on GitHub. Astdb.php performs the nightly download of the data shown Node Information column. Improvements include download retry and fault detection. This version is unlikely to empty the Node Information database (astdb.txt) during outage conditions.

Updated is recommended for all Allmon operators other than HamVoIP nodes. HamVoIP users already have these features. This update is based on the HamVoIP version (which was based on my original release). The update can be obtained here:
