My Allstarlink node key up every 20 seconds repeatedly?

Problem Summary

I am running an (new) AllStarLink node using an AURSINC SHARI interface on a Raspberry Pi 2B.
The node keys the transmitter repeatedly every ~20 seconds, even when there is no RF activity, no connected users, and no intentional linking.

This behavior occurs while the node is idle and results in periodic TX key-ups with a short beep.
It even ke-ups when i reconfigure it but with no beep?

Please help me? I cant connect to a hub couse of the problem!

What OS are you using? ASL3 isn't supported on a Pi 2.

I am using RPi-Z2W-2-3-4_V1.7-01_Allstar from hamvoip.org

I cannot speculate on what that might be with HamVOIP as we can't really support it. You are running with CTCSS or DCS enabled, correct? If not, make sure you're using one of those. If you are, perhaps there's an electrical issue with the SHARI that's triggering the COS line? Those are just educated guesses.
