I have built the RPi Appliance version and all seems well on the desktop test RPi. I want to transfer the audio tuning values (for the GM340 radios) across from the old HamVoip setup to the new Asl3 image. I’ve also installed ZeroTier for our VPN servie and NGINX to deal with the 4G router we use for repeater management.

Which relevant files/parameters do I need to fish out of HamVoip to do this? I think Echolink has the same need, but not too concerned with that just now.

I want to be in a place where swapping over to ALS3 goes ‘right first time’ as the repeater site is difficult to access and not great for working on stuff. Equally, the repeater utilisation is pretty solid, so want to avoid taking it out of service. Any tips gratefully received - any gotcha’s to deal with.

You should be able to look at your config values in /etc/asterisk/simpleusb.conf (or a node-specific one - IIRC HamVOIP sometimes has that) and set those same values using simpleusb-tune-menu. If you're using usbradio should work pretty much the same. Note that some of the values will not behave the same. We know that HamVOIP made changes to some things and since their code is not properly published it's unclear how exactly they're different. But it should be "close enough" to do remote tuning. You should be able to just copy your echolink.conf directly over... I don't think anything material changed there.

That’s great thank you.
