i searched and i found one about this issue, i tried applying it and give no result, i may have to put a ticket for this, cause it shows that with this screen shot...my node is not really registered.
i am just wondering, this could be the reason why Supermon 7.4+ version not connecting because of the node I'm using is not registered?... but it does log me in but will not do anything... see screen shot
Which version of ASL do you have installed, which platform (x64/ARM64), what kind of hardware, what kind of audio interface? You need to give more information; all I said see are a couple of node numbers.

The complete configuration for the Shari Pihat 5 is in the groups.io Files section of the Shari group.
First verify everything matches that configuration. Cross-reference with the ASL3 document, too; I believe there's one or two differences between the HamVoIP version.
Your node password is likely wrong. Did you use asl-menu to set the base configuration of your node?
yes, you are correct, i also look on the you tube step on "how to", surely i have missed a few steps and i just went thru the setup again on my node and now its up and running... and it is showing YES compare to the first screen shot i attached ...
