I'm a complete beginner, never owned a Pi, have programming experience, own a scanner and ham radio, I'm happy to assemble and program the components, I'm wondering if there is a complete step by step guide to doing this. I read that I can program the Pi 02W to do both Echolink and Allstar either by using 2 SD cards or doing a 'hybrid' build, control it over RF using my HT keypad, and it will connect to a reflector using VOIP over my wifi to internet network. Are there guides for beginners for a project like this?
