Issues With Echolink

I am having issues connecting to echolink. I have edited the echolink.conf file and I have set echolink to load in the modules.conf file. This is a screenshot of what I get when I try to get into an echolink node. I have forwarded the proper ports to my node also. Any tips would be helpful.

Port forwarding only effects inbound connection when behind a router.

You going to have to provide some level of detail so we have some sense of direction.
It does not connect is not enough. When how what station... did you try more than one.
You are not connecting to yourself behind the same router are you ?

I tried to connect to a couple of different repeaters in the area. What you see in the screenshot above is me in the Asterisk CLI trying to connect to Echotest 9999. I am also noticing that when I check the current logins on the echolink website, by callsign does not appear. I guess that means that my Allstar node is not connecting to echolink. I verified that the Call sign and password in the echolink.conf are correct. I hope this is specific enough. I am trying to narrow down what the issue is here.

Well, narrowing it down is just the method,
Your asl node does not connect to echolink, the echolink channel driver does.
ASL just commands it.

If you have echolink app installed on your cell phone, turn off the wifi on it.
EL only allows one login per WAN IP address. So if it is, you may see all kinds of hard to figure out stuff. Same goes with a PC app.

Thank you so much! I think that was the problem.

FWIW:

By default, the EchoLink mobile app uses relay servers, not a direct connection, so unless you have specifically changed that setting, you can have as many EchoLink phone clients on your network at any given time, and it won't affect your ASL chan_echolink connection.
It's true that you can only have one direct connection to EchoLink per public IP address, but since the mobile clients don't use those unless specified, that's irrelevant.
Where this would come into play is if you changed the connection type from relay to direct connection, or if, for some reason, you are trying to use a non -L or -R node in chan_echolink (does that even work?) at the same time as a mobile client is logged in.
