As previously announced, the AllStarLink infrastructure is undergoing a series of upgrades. This work should be mostly seamless and transparent to users. However, some ASL users have very specific networking and/or firewall configurations that may be impacted by the transition of the services. You may be impacted if:
- You are filtering network traffic from an ASL node server for web, backup, and statpost server IPs
- Using some form of NAT or VPN that is specifically routing based on the current web, backup, and statpost IPs
If you don't know what either condition above means, then you are NOT impacted and you do not need to do anything. If you are impacted, you will need to make configuration changes to support the following IP addresses:
- 18.207.13.1 - Website and Backups
- 98.86.36.209 - Stats / Statpost
I recommend making the above adjustments, if needed, as soon as practical.
No one will need to make any configuration changes to the Asterisk configuration file(s)!
