Incoming Connection Drops

I am using a Repeater_Builder ASL node connected to a BCR repeater. ASLis Allstarlink.org beta on a RPI 4B

Two issues: 1) Incoming connects drop right away. 2) CLI> rpt fun 548272 *3548270 I receive the following: NOTICE[1115]: chan_iax2.c:4096 __auto_congest: Auto-congesting call due to slow response.

Validate “Updatenodelist program is running” I have verified it is running.

/var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes has a valld and accurate time stamp.

Restart this anyway.

systemctl restart updatenodelist

or just look at the timestamp/date of the file

/var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes

Thank you for your help. I have given up on the Repeater-Builder node. I have had two bad eeproms in a row the and documentation is for the most part is non-existent. I am now using the URI which has better documentation but presents a new set of problems.
