does any one know how to connect an icom repeater IDRP4010V 31 to the allstar network?

I can only say that it is not any different than any other repeater,
Finding a good place for PTT and COR and audio.
While we can hope that someone has a direct answer for you,
You might want to ask at that site and at least get a schematic to be able to locate the desired locations.
You may only interface with analog audio. And I have no clue if it has that ported.
But You can also install DVswitch for a data link via dstar to asl-usrp channel driver via dvswitch.
