I can only connect to parrot nodes

I can connect without problem to the parrot nodes for testing but I cannot connect to any other node! Any ideas?

Your node is probably not registered.
Not sure about 42565 and 40894, but my parrot node, 55553, doesn’t check registration status, and allows unregistered nodes to connect anyway.
If you’re running ASL3, what do you see when you do
rtp show registrations
from Asterisk CLI?
What errors do you see on the Asterisk CLI when attempting to make a connection that fails?
From bash, type
asterisk -rvvv
then watch the output as a connection attempt is made. This will also show you errors registering or performing status updates do to an incorrect password or some other common thing.

@N2DYI This is quite handy to know as I recently posted about problems using a cellphone hotspot and how AT&T’s forced transparent proxy is breaking http registration badly and consistently.
I noticed during this testing that I could connect to 55535 but nothing else which at the time was puzzling.
Also I’d like to take this opportunity to ask about the “Enhanced Parrot” software… Is this available to anyone else to play with and try on their own?
I’d like to try it here if that’s possible.
I also will make every effort not to bog you down with questions or support if it is.
I’m also very curious what “dsp” software is being used to make it’s determinations or di you write this yourself from scratch?
Anyhow it’s been very cool and very enjoyable.
We monitored it for days when a few of us first started using allstarlink with our nodes and repeaters.
The entertainment value is significant.
