I would really like to donate to this site to help support your efforts, but I can't get a login.
I attempted to register on 4/22. I never received the email to verify my email. I have checked spam and junk, etc. Oddly enough, I received the verification email from this community forum almost instantly. I have sent several emails to helpdesk@allstarlink.net, none of which have been acknowledged.
My call sign is NM3P, email is nm3p @ zoominternet . net
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Thank you for your assistance. I had originally sent email to helpdesk@allstarlink.org and after a few days, I tried allstarlink.net which I thought was on one of the web pages, maybe my mistake.
At any rate, I received the emails from the forum saying someone had followed up from this site. However, I still have not received any email for the account activation.
At this point, I am giving up on it. I don't want to be a pain. Again, thanks for your effort.
Can you use a different email address than zoominternet.net? I'm familiar with them from living in PA and OH and their outsourced mail service is insanely overaggressive at "anti-spam" in terms of just dropping mail and not even delivering it to their spam mailbox. I've tried to get my parents to stop using their email for a decade over it...
I cannot use another email address as the callsign NM3P right now is "in progress". It won't let me submit another entry until something happens with that entry. Additionally, I only have two email addresses, both are zoominternet. To use something like gmail, I would have to create an account there which I do not want to do.
I have all filtering and spam controls turned off at the ISP for both of my email addresses.
FYI, of course my ISP came back with "Everything is wonderful, why would you even ask?".
I did notice that my ISP's email server (193.122.169.252) is listed in SpamRATS, most likely due to another user posting large amounts of spam. Is it possible that your email server blocks all mail to/from servers listed in SpamRATS? That would explain my issue.
